Terms and Conditions

OUR LIABILITY TO YOU

We reserves the right at its own discretion to terminate the package tours of any group whose behaviour is such that it is likely, in the opinion of us, the accommodation owner/managers or any person in authority, to cause distress, damage, danger or annoyance to other guests, staff, any third party or property.

We accept any responsibility for any deficiency in the service we are contractually obliged to provide for any failure of such service to reach a reasonable standard. In addition, we accept responsibility for the acts and omission of our employees but not sub-contractors and suppliers except where these results in death or personal injuries.

Guest who leaves personal items or luggage on the plane or in hotels/resorts should contact the supplier directly as GREAT LEAP Tours Sdn. Bhd. cannot be held responsible for items left or organize for items to be sent back to the client?s place of origin.

FLIGHT DELAYS
Unfortunately, flight delays which are completely beyond our control sometimes occur. As such, although these are inconveniences, we will try to ensure that we do our best to assist.

SPECIAL REQUEST
If you wish to make any special request, you must notify our team members directly at the time of booking and ensure that it is noted on your booking form. Whilst we will endeavor to meet any reasonable request, we regret we cannot guarantee that they will be fulfilled and any failure to do so will not be a breach of contract on our part.

DISABLED HOLIDAYMAKERS
Our coach tours are NOT suitable for disabled holidaymakers, especially those confined to a wheelchair or needing regular medical treatment. If you are in doubt about the suitability of any of our tours and holiday packages, please discuss your particular needs with our team members before making your bookings.

CONSTRUCTION WORKS

Construction works and noise are almost unavoidable in certain developing hotels and resorts. Unfortunately, such development is out of our control. For some tours, the provision of road, power and water supplies and etc does not always keep pace with the demands of rapid tourist development. So, you may experience power cuts or problems with for example plumbing or drainage. In addition, during prolonged period of hot weather, the resort authorities sometimes find it necessary to conserve water supply. However, they always do their best to give advance notice of such interruptions and minimize inconvenience to holidaymakers.

EARLY & LATE SEASON HOLIDAYS
Best values holidays can be easily obtained during monsoon season in the beginning and end of the year. However at any other time of the year full facilities will be available. Depending on the climatic changes, local suppliers reserve the right to withdraw or reduce the services provided. Please note that alternative hotels or resort (of the similiar) may be provided without prior notice when the resorts are full or on occasion at other times due to high booking
